Athenians have the chance to experience some living history tonight. The Athens-Clarke County Library is hosting an evening with Ms. Mary Frances Early, in celebration of her memoir,

The Quiet Trailblazer. Early was the first African American student to graduate from the University of Georgia in 1962. Rhiannon Eades, public information officer with the library, has details.

Alexia Ridley joined WUGA as Television and Radio News Anchor and Reporter in 2013. When WUGA TV concluded operations, she became the primary Reporter for WUGA Radio.
