Athens-Clarke County Police officers are searching for suspects after a carjacking Tuesday night in the 100 block of Scandia Circle. Police say a woman was leaving a gated community at approximately 1130 pm. As she waited for the gate to open, she was approached by two males who pointed guns at her and made her exit the vehicle. The suspects then drove off in the victim’s car. The stolen vehicle was eventually located by patrol officers unoccupied.
