Early voting for the June 21 general primary run-off is in full swing with the last day to cast a ballot before election day being June 17. Today is the only day with extended early voting hours until 7 p.m. at both the Athens-Clarke County Elections Office and Athens Regional Library.
On the ballot is a run-off for district 5 commission as well as both republican and democrat races for the U.S. House District 10 primary.
As of 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 758 early in-person ballots have been cast along with 48 absentee ballots accepted and ready to be counted.
