A new statewide poll shows Sen. Raphael Warnock with a ten point lead over his Republican challenger.

While Republican Gov. Brian Kemp and Democrat Stacey Abrams are tied in the race for Governor, Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock leads the race for Senate by 10 points over Republican competitor Herschel Walker, according to a Quinnipiac University poll.

Warnock and Walker have both made heavy television ad buys in recent weeks.

The race for Georgia governor is a different story, however. The poll finds incumbent Republican Governor Brian Kemp tied 48-48 with his Democratic rival Stacey Abrams.

Inflation is the biggest thing on voters' minds right now. Some 41 percent of voters said it was their top issue, including 67 percent of Republicans and 42 percent of independents. Among Democrats, the biggest issue is gun violence (26 percent), followed by racial inequality (18 percent), with inflation and abortion tied at 14 percent.
