A suspect has been identified in the early morning gunshots occurring on Thursday in the areas of Baxter and Finley Streets.
The individual has been identified as 22-year-old Nigel T. Harvey, and resident of Winder, who's current whereabouts are unknown.
Arrest warrants are obtained for Harvey, and law enforcement is actively searching for him.
