Athens News Matters: Boys & Girls Club Workforce Grant

The Boys and Girls Club of Athens has launched the “YouthForce Innovation Hub,” a program aimed at readying youth aged 12 years and older for the workplace. Funded in part by Zaxby’s founder Zach McLeroy, the Hub seeks to teach employability skills and financial literacy, provide mentorship, and educate young people about career and educational opportunities. We’ll talk with the director of the Athens Boys and Girls Club to learn more about the program.
