Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has declared a State of Emergency ahead below freezing temperatures and gusty winds expected during a winter storm this week. That State of Emergency is expected to end at midnight Monday.
The state will provide warming stations for those who need them.
Kemp made the announcement during a news conference Wednesday afternoon.
