Major Athens rental property owner reports "landmark" year

One of Athens’ biggest landlords is reporting a big financial year.

Landmark Properties owns 104 rental communities across the US, including six in Athens alone. Those six Athens properties total up to over 1,000 units and over 3,500 beds.

Today, the company announced that business was booming in 2022. According to a media release from Landmark, the rental property giant now manages $10.4 billion in assets, with a $4.7 billion transaction volume.

In a statement, Landmark CEO and President Wes Rogers said, ""By almost every metric, 2022 was the best year we've had as a company."
