Athens-Clarke Solicitor-General's Office to Hold Free Record Restriction

The Athens-Clarke County Solicitor-General’s Office is holding a record restriction in April. Those interested in taking part can begin scheduling appointments now.

Participants must meet eligibility requirements including: arrests must be in Clarke County by the Athens-Clarke County Police Department, Clarke County Sheriff’s Office, or UGA Police,they must pre-register online or by paper form, and must have a valid Georgia or U.S. photo ID.

Solicitor-General Will Fleenor. says in addition to his office, the District Attorney’s Office, Georgia Justice Project, and Western Judicial Public Defender’s Office are also expected to provide additional legal counseling for attendees.
