The University of Georgia Performing Arts Center is presenting “All About That Bass” Thursday evening, February 23. The event is a benefit concert for Project Safe, the Athens-based nonprofit working to end domestic violence. Organizers Dr. Neil Priest and event producer and writer Pat Priest say the concert features local bass players.

Neil Priest, who is also taking part in “Dancing With The Athens Stars,” a major fundraiser for Project Safe, says the funds will help the organization provide the wide variety of services they offer.
Priest says over 90% of the money raised go toward services.

The show starts at 7:30 Thursday evening in Ramsey Concert Hall. WUGA is a media partner with "All About that Bass."
