Clarke County School District asks for community feedback

Taylor Gerlach

The Clarke County School District is holding Community Listening Sessions throughout the week to gather feedback from the community.

During the sessions, community members can share their experience and aspirations for the Clarke County School District.

The listening sessions are the first part in the district’s new strategic improvement plan planning process. They will use community insight to craft the 2023-2029 Strategic Goals and Priorities, which will be released to the public later this year.

Sessions will be held at 6 p.m. on April 17 at Clarke Central High School, April 18 at Cedar Shoals High School and April 19 at Athens Clarke County Library.

Community members can also take an online community survey that will be posted on April 20.
