Mayor Girtz Announces Finalists for ACC Positions

Mayor Kelly Girtz has announced finalists for two county appointments. Gavin Hassemer is the sole finalists for ACC Auditor. He has worked in Clarke County for 17 years, most recently as Assistant Director of Central Services.
Marcy Jolles is the sole finalists for the position of Municipal Court Judge and Administrative Hearing Officer. She has served as Chief Assistant to Superior Court Judge Lawton Stephens. Girtz will make a recommendation for approval at the regular meeting of the Mayor and Commission on June 6th. If approved, the two-year appointments would begin on July 1, 2023.
