CCSD Announces Second Round of 'Community Conversations on School Safety'

The Clarke County School District will hold a second round of 'Community Conversations on School Safety.' The discussions, which are open to the public, will take place next week.
The first discussion is scheduled for Tuesday, October 3, from 6-7 pm in the Cedar Shoals High School Media Center. The second is scheduled for Wednesday, October 4, from 6-7 pm in the Clarke Central High School media center.

The district says the sessions allow discuss ideas on school safety with distinct staff. Attendees are asked to register before the discussions. Visit the district website for more information. As part of the district’s new 2024-2029 Strategic Plan, CCSD is committed to creating a safe and trusting environment for staff and students.

Spanish-language and American Sign Language interpreters will be on hand at both events.
