ACC Commission's Controversial Decision to Allocate $550K to Salvation Army's Housing Efforts

The Athens Clarke County Commission recently voted to deliver five hundred fifty thousand dollars to the Salvation Army to combat homelessness. Martin Matheny sat down with Commissioner Jesse Houle to discuss the controversial decision.
