A new report shows Georgia lags behind when it comes to rooftop solar. The report by Environment Georgia ranks the state 35th in the nation for rooftop solar, though Georgia consistently ranks in the top ten for solar capacity.

Johanna Neumann, Senior Director of the Campaign for 100% Renewable Energy, discussed the situation around the nation while Athens-Clarke County Mayor Kelly Girtz shared solar power efforts in Clarke County in a recent teleconference hosted by the research and advocacy organization.
