At Clarke County Animal Services Department, some abandoned puppos are getting a second chance from a surprising source—incarcerated men. WUGA’s Mary Ryan Howarth has this report on Project Homebound.

Mary Ryan Howarth is a recent graduate from the University of Georgia. She started as an intern at WUGA and quickly became a part-time reporter and producer.
