The Clarke County School District is doubling the number of health centers serving students and staff going into October.

Coile Health Center will be located on the campus of Coile Middle School as modular units, while the Classic City Health Center will be in the Classic City High School building on the H.T. Edwards campus.

Each new center will provide child wellness checks, immunizations, and sports physicals along with other health services.

CCSD created the first school-based health clinic in Northeast Georgia with Hilsman Health Center and later opened the Clarke Middle Health Center which is a free clinic and extension of Augusta University/University of Georgia Medical Partnership’s mobile clinic.
