This November the University of Georgia will host the 13th annual Spotlight on the Arts festival. This festival will have more than 50 events and exhibitions throughout the month that are free or discounted for students and all are welcome.
People will have the opportunity to listen to featured artist Micah Cash who will share his artistic process on his recent artwork on November 7 from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Georgia Museum of Art.
On November 8 people can shop from more than 100 student artists at the fourth annual Dodd Market located at Lamar Dodd School of Art from noon to 8 p.m. This event is for students to get experience selling their work and engaging with UGA and the Athens community.
Student performers and artists will be at Tate Plaza and Stage for Student Spotlight. The annual showcase will feature art for sale by UGA students in addition to performances on November 13 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
