Local nonprofit to offer Spanish and English classes in Spring

Casa de Amistad has announced its course lineup for Spring 2025. The local nonprofit, which offers education and advocacy services to the Hispanic and Latino community in Northeast Georgia, will offer classes to both English and Spanish-speaking students in the new year.

Casa de Amistad will offer free, beginner and intermediate English classes Monday through Thursday, as well as a GED class taught in Spanish on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

For English speaking students, the organization will offer a paid Spanish course starting in early January, which will meet on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The course will serve beginner and intermediate-level students and will include a weekly conversational class.
