Local percussionists "band" together to benefit Project Safe

Wuga's Colin Vereen Sat down with percussionist Eddie Glikin to discuss "Rhythm of The Steeple People", a music collaboration benefiting local non-profit Project Safe and featuring songs composed by Athens area drummers and percussionists. Also on the interview are Project Safe Director of Development and Community Engagement Will Mcraney, and local recording engineer Chris Byron.

Colin Vereen
An Athens area native growing up steeped in the local music and food scenes, Colin joined WUGA in early 2022. He was hired as Operations Assistant and quickly took on duties as an On-Air Host as well. He now covers the early afternoon and All Things Considered weekdays as our local voice.
