Pete Amadhanirundr, co-owner and chef of Puma Yu’s, will appear on tonight’s Episode of Chopped. In the 3-round cooking reality show, four chefs must figure out how to create culinary magic from baskets of random ingredients in a bid to win $10,000.
Amadhanirundr, who was also named a James Beard semi-finalist last year, co-owns Puma Yu’s with his partner Ally Smith. The couple opened the Southeast Asian restaurant in the historic Southern Mill complex on Oneta St. back in 2022. They are underwriters with WUGA.
