The plan guiding Athens-Clarke County’s public transportation system for the next five years will be up for approval by the Commission beginning in April, and the public has the opportunity to weigh in.

Randy Brown is the Assistant Director of Public Transportation in Athens-Clarke County. WUGA's Alexia Ridley sat down with him to discuss the Transit Development Plan and how public transportation may change in the coming years.

Alexia Ridley joined WUGA as Television and Radio News Anchor and Reporter in 2013. When WUGA TV concluded operations, she became the primary Reporter for WUGA Radio. Alexia came to Athens from Macon where she served as the News Director and show host for WGXA TV. She's a career journalist and Savannah native hailing from the University of Michigan. However, Alexia considers herself an honorary UGA DAWG!
