Before Women’s History Month comes to close, the Athens-Clarke County Government will be holding an event that will provide different resources for women.
The ACC Government Department of People and Belonging will be hosting a Women Resource Fair that will offer free screenings and information. The event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lyndon House Arts Center located at 211 Hoyt St, Athens.
The event is free and open to all, and it will offer women’s health screenings, career coaching, mental health support and community resources.
The Women Resource Fair recognizes the strength, resilience, and achievements of women in the community. Attendees can learn more about the different resources such as health, career development, and more.
