waengineering.com

The Athens-Clarke County Library is featuring photos and historical memorabilia from Athens spanning the 1950s through the 1990s.

The Back in My Day exhibit covers five decades of local art, education, culture, and industry through photographs and other items. Highlights from the 1980s and ’90s include concert bills, Olympic memorabilia, textiles, and advertisements from downtown venues.

All items are on display in the library’s Heritage Room. The library also encourages residents to contact the Heritage Room if they have historical items they may be interested in donating.
