Creature Comforts is the only Georgia-based brewer to make top 50 list of craft brewing companies

An Athens brewery was the only Georgia based brewer to make the top 50 list of craft brewing companies and the top 50 overall brewing companies by sales volume. Creature Comforts Brewing Company was ranked 31st on the craft breweries list and 42nd overall.

It was also one of the few companies in the Deep South to make either list. Founded in 2014, Creature Comforts is based in Athens but also has a brewery and taproom in Los Angeles.
