Attendants of the 2022 CCSD Student Art Show gather in the lobby of the Lyndon House.

The Lyndon House Arts Center will host another of their Juried Exhibition Artist talks on Thursday. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Juried Exhibition.

The featured artists include Madeleine Underwood, Brian George, Leslie Guo, and Armon Parsa. Patrons will have the opportunity to discuss the process and the concepts of the artwork with the artists themselves.

This year's juror is Michael Rooks, the Wieland Family Senior Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the High Museum in Atlanta. He is known for his intentional composing of exhibits that are dedicated to community building and engaging audiences across generations from every walk of life.

The Juried Exhibition will be open until May 10th with the final artist talk on May 1st.

Alexzundra Tillman is a part-time reporter and producer. She is currently pursuing her masters degree in Film and Television studies at UGA and hopes to work at the cross section of these two fields in the future.
