PHOTO GALLERY: Hot Corner Festival's 25th Anniversary

The Hot Corner Festival celebrated its 25th anniversary this weekend, featuring food vendors, live music, and local business pop-ups.

The silver anniversary of the Hot Corner Festival was a week-long event. Starting on Monday, there were gospel revivals at several churches, and on Saturday, June 14, was the grand celebration.

The festival is focused on empowering Black-owned businesses, as the corner of Washington and Hull Street, coined Hot Corner, was the hub of African American culture during segregation.
