The Athens-Clarke County Police Department is currently investigating a Peeping Tom incident that happened during the late evening hours of Tuesday, August 12 at an off-campus apartment complex.
A similar incident, under investigation as an attempted burglary, occurred at the same location on June 30. During that incident, a resident returned home to find an unknown individual in her residence. Police say no injuries were reported during either incident.
