Tomorrow, Friday December 5th is the last day of early voting for the Special Election for Georgia House District 121.
Early voting for the special election to fill the Georgia House District 121 seat will conclude December 5th. Athens-Clarke and Oconee residents that live within the district are eligible to vote.
On the ballot is Democrat Eric Gisler and Republican Mack “Dutch” Guest IV. Gisler’s left leaning campaign prioritizes healthcare access, quality schools, and affordable housing. Guest’s conservative campaign prioritizes community safety, improving transportation, and providing tax relief.
The Georgia House District 121 seat was previously held by Republican Representative Marcus Weidower who resigned suddenly.
Election day is Tuesday December 9th and all voters must be in line by 7:00 pm.
