With an open seat to replace former U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, over 20 candidates are now competing to fill the position.

Due to former U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene stepping down from her position earlier this month, the race between 22 candidates is now underway to fill the seat for Georgia’s 14th Congressional District.

The candidates consist of 17 Republicans, three Democrats, one Libertarian, and one Independent. In the past, GA’s 14th Congressional District, located in northwest Georgia, has shown a heavy lean toward Republicans.

All candidates will run on the same ballot on March 10th in the special election. If no candidate wins the majority, the top two candidates will move on to an advanced runoff on April 7th.
