Classical music may seem hard to access, as well as unpopular with younger audiences. Some might say this art form needs a transformation. That’s exactly what a nationwide movement hopes to do—not with the music itself, but with where it is played. Emma Auer is an award-winning reporter who joined WUGA as a full-time producer in 2024. She is also a graduate student in UGA's Romance Languages Department, studying French and Spanish.
