Birchmore Trail provides an escape from city life

Joseph Mazzola started at WUGA as a production intern in 2023. While a student at the University of Georgia, they were Local Music Director at WUOG. He rejoined WUGA after graduating to host Morning Edition and produce African Perspectives. When not at the station, Joseph can be found making zines with friends, seeing live music, and reading books or watching movies that critics have called “strange” and “weird.”
