Athens StoryCorps: Martha Garfield and Michelle Cook.

This conversation comes from Martha Garfield and her daughter Michelle Cook. Martha and Michelle met to talk about their family history and the legacy of Martha’s great uncle Ben who helped to provide for his siblings and ensure prosperity for the family’s future generations. StoryCorps Athens stories were recorded locally at the StoryCorps mobile booth at the Athens-Clarke County Library in the Fall of 2018.
