Athens-Clarke County Police are investigating a Monday afternoon shooting. According to a release from the department, officers responded to the scene in the 200 block of Sycamore Drive around 2:30 pm and found two male victims, one 17-years old and the other 18-years old, had been shot, suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.
Both victims were walking and talking to officers on the scene.
They were taken to an area hospital for treatment. A suspect has been identified in the incident.
