Prior to that, Mehta was a producer at Member station KPCC and director/associate producer at Marketplace Morning Report, where she helped shape the morning's business news.

Emma Auer is an award-winning reporter who joined WUGA as a full-time producer in 2024. She covered the breadth of Northeast Georgia stories, from Athens City Hall to Winterville farmers' markets. Emma's work has also been heard on Georgia Public Broadcasting and nationally on NPR's Morning Edition.
