Iraq Council to Try Again on Constitution
Iraq's governing council says it will reconvene Monday in a bid to resolve a dispute over a proposed interim constitution. A signing ceremony was canceled Friday when five Shia members of the U.S.-appointed council proposed last-minute changes to a draft that had been agreed upon days earlier. The flap is said to reflect deep divisions between Iraq's Shia and Kurdish leadership. Hear NPR's Ivan Watson.

The documents shed light on dramatic legal battles, including Chief Justice William Rehnquist's repeated efforts to weaken Roe v. Wade, the landmark ruling written by Blackmun. Hear NPR's Nina Totenberg, who was the only broadcast journalist given advance access to the files.

Mix Tapes Live on, in CD Form
They're not tapes anymore, but DJs still make them and still sell them. While the official industry position would seem to indicate that these unofficial remixes are illegal, rap labels have always tacitly condoned mix tapes because they help promote new artists. Jon Kalish reports.
