Ghost Town Blues Band is a blues and blues/rock band formed in 2009 in Memphis, and they have released five albums since 2010.

Ghost Town Blues Band is a blues and blues/rock band formed in 2009 in Memphis, and they have released five albums since 2010.

Over their 15 year history, they've opened for the Steve Miller Band, John Mayall, Keb' Mo, Johnny Lang, and Booker T Jones. Their new album Shine recently debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts.

Jimmy Sanders was general manager of WUGA from 2011 to April 1, 2024. He has worked in broadcasting for over 50 years and has produced news, documentary, music, sports and special events programs for radio and television. Jimmy is a graduate of Grady College.
