Geneva Lewis and Nathan Lewis
How about some Brahms? Brahms's Second Violin Sonata is music of the past, to be played at Ramsey Concert Hall by a violinist of the future. Geneva Lewis, making her UGA Presents debut March 18th at 7:30 p.m., is a young New Zealand-born American violinist. She has won both the Avery Fisher Career Grant and the Concert Artists Guild Competition. She's appearing with her brother Nathan, a pianist. Their diverse program also features music by contemporary and Romantic English composers, including the violin sonata by Edward Elgar.
