“She is a pianist who makes lines sing beautifully and virtuosic passages dance, finding intimacy and eloquence at telling moments.”—BBC Music Magazine

Beethoven's "Moonlight" Sonata is ubiquitous in movies and TV — and figure skating. But have you heard it live? Thursday, March 19th, British pianist Isata Kanneh-Mason returns to Hodgson Concert Hall with this sonata and another towering Beethoven work, the "Waldstein" Sonata.

In addition to Beethoven, the acclaimed young pianist will perform music by Ravel and radiant recent pieces by Bulgarian-British composer Dobrinka Tabakova.
