At a work session last month, Athens-Clarke County Commissioners heard a presentation on hostile architecture. But what is hostile architecture, how do you spot it in the wild, and what should lawmakers do about it?

ANM's Chris Shupe spoke to Katherine Melcher from the University of Georgia's College of Environment and Design about hostile architecture.
