The Golden Pantry is hoping to fill 50 positions. The weekly hiring process starts Thursday when the company is holding what it calls an Instant Interview Day. Interviews will take place each Thursday from 1 to 3 pm at the Golden Pantry Support Center in Watkinsville. According to a company news release, qualified candidates will receive job offers on the same say of the interview, before they leave the premises. The release states the chain first started Instant Interview Day in June, that effort resulted in a 75% hire rate during a two-hour time frame. The company's Facebook page states available positions range from management to entry level.
