ACC Leisure Services to Hold Public Input Sessions Regarding the Firefly Bridge

The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department will hold two public input sessions regarding the Firefly bridge.

Clarke County voters approved the Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST) 2018 Program Referendum, which included the Firefly Trail Project (Project #06). This project includes a pedestrian and bicycle bridge over Trail Creek, now referred to as the Firefly Bridge over Trail Creek.

It will be designed for an area in Dudley Park.

The public input sessions are scheduled for Thursday, Amy 2nd at 5:30 pm at the Bobby Snipes Water Resources Center located at 780 Barber St. and Saturday, May 4 at 10:00 a.m. at the ACC Planning Department Auditorium at 120 W. Dougherty St.
