The Athens-Clarke County Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting. According to a release from the department, a juvenile victim was killed around 9:30 Thursday morning.
The incident happened between the 100 and 200 blocks of Westchester Circle. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clarke County Coroner.
