WUGA and student journalists from the University of Georgia will host a community listening event this week to hear from Athenians about what community information they want from their news outlets.
This event will be held on Wednesday, January 24th at 6:30 pm at the Athens Clarke-County Library on Baxter Street. The listening event aims to be an informal conversation for Athens residents to share what they would like to see highlighted or questions they want answered in their community news coverage.
The event is open to all and refreshments will be provided. Those interested can RSVP on the WUGA website.
