District Attorney faces Marsy’s Law violation allegations from local lawyer

As current District Attorney Deborah Gonzalez finishes her term, she faces a legal challenge from local lawyer Kevin Epps. Epps has alleged that Gonzalez failed to uphold victims’ rights, violating Marsy’s Law. WUGA’s Alexia Ridley sat down with Epps to discuss the legal actions he has taken on behalf of his client.
