WSB TV reports four people have been arrested in a multi-million-dollar hemp oil theft.

Investigators with the Georgia Department of Agriculture say two of the suspects broke into the Second Century AG processing facility in Irwin County and loaded three thousand liters of CBD distillate into a U-Haul truck, drove to another county, loaded it onto another truck, and ended up in Texas.

Investigators said they were able to identify two more suspects involved in the burglary through peer-to-peer money transfers and electronic devices.
