Eastside’s Mochinut celebrates Chinese-Indonesian heritage with off-menu options

Chain restaurants are all over Athens, occupying historic storefronts downtown and dotting the strip malls on the city’s edge. However, one Eastside chain location makes autonomy the name of the game through a not-so-secret, secret menu.
