Tammie Foote challenges ACC District 3, hopes to deliver infrastructure improvements

Tammie Foote is a resident of District 3 in Athens and a long-time social services professional. She is running against Tiffany Taylor for the commission seat in District 3. She sat down with WUGA’s Emma Auer to discuss her priorities and how she hopes to serve constituents.
