Latisha Andrews was discovered by Athens Clarke County Police after being shot in the Chateau Terrace apartment complex.
Police were called at approximately 1:18 PM on May 10. After a brief investigation they arrested 52-year-old male, Sharod Greene. He is being charged with Felony and Malice Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm during Commission of a Crime.
Latisha Andrews was 34 years old.
