Athens-Clarke County officials have released a draft report detailing how more than $1.27 million in federal housing and community development funds were used during the 2025-26 fiscal year.
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) covers $1,214,702.64 in Community Development Block Grant funds and $61,270.83 in HOME Investment Partnerships funds spent between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026.
The report outlines funded activities, spending, beneficiaries and accomplishments.
Residents can review the draft online through Sept. 14 at the Athens-Clarke County Housing and Community Development website. Printed copies are available at the Housing and Community Development Department, 133 E. Washington St., and East Athens Development Corporation, 410 McKinley Drive.
Written comments must be submitted by 5 p.m. Sept. 14 to andrea.livingston@accgov.com.
